FETTUCINE:
1 LB FETTUCCINE FRESHLY COOKED
2 TBSP BUTTER
3-4 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
(1/4)CUP FINELY CHOPPED RED ONION
(1/2)CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
COMBINE HERB RUB INGREDIENTS AND PRESS ONTO BOTH SIDES OF STEAK. GRILL STEAK OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT ABOUT 22-26 MINUTES OR TO DESIRED DONENESS, TURNING ONCE. FOR MEDIUM, REMOVE THE STEAK WHEN A MEAT THERMOMETER REGISTERS 150f AND SET ASIDE FOR 10 MINUTES. CUT ACROSS THE GRAIN INTO THIN SLICES. MELT BUTTER IN A LARGE SKILLET, ADD GARLIC AND RED ONION, AND COOK UNTIL TENDER. REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD PASTA, PARMESAN CHEESE AND TOSS. PREHEAT OVEN TO 300 DEGREES
MIX BONE SUCKIN' SAUCE AND ORANGE JUICE.PUT RIBS IN SHALLOW PAN AND BASTE WITH SAUCE.COVER WITH FOIL. BAKE 3 HOURS IN THE OVEN. UNCOVER, BASTE WITH BONE SUCKIN' SAUCE. 4 TBLS SUGAR
DIRECTIONS: MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SIMMER 20 MINUTES AND SERVE. | |  | Hawaiian Banana Bread | | Ingredients: 10 ozs. plain flour, 1 tsp. bicarbonate of soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 4 ozs. butter, plus extra for greasing, 8 ozs caster sugar, 2 eggs, 4 ripe bananas mashed, 3 fluid ozs. buttermilk, 4 ozs. chopped macadamias, 8 ozs. crushed pineapple, 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350. Sift flour, bicarbonate of soda & salt in large bowl. In a separate bowl, cream butter & sugar together until light & fluffy. Add the eggs, mashed bananas, crushed pineapple, buttermilk and vanilla to the butter and sugar, mix well. Fold in flour mixture. Grease 8"x5" loaf pan, pour mixture in. Bake approx. 1 hour or until well risen & golden brown. Remove from oven & cool in pan for a few minutes, turn bread out onto a wire rack to finish cooling. | |
