Farmers Market - The Farmers Market Building is the Main building, which is heated and air conditioned. The Main building is for Vendors selling new merchandise, services, fresh or prepared foods and restaurants only. We Require a one-year Lease Agreement. Spaces start at $150 per week for approximately 200 square feet. In addition, there is a one-time $50 Background/Credit check fee, a four-week Security Deposit and Insurance is required. ***
Indoor Flea Market - Approximately 100 Indoor Flea Market Spaces. Spaces are rented on a week-to-week basis, paid one week in advance. Indoor Flea Market Vendors sell a mixture of new and used merchandise, antiques and collectibles. Space starts at $35 per weekend and go to $95 per weekend i.e., on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. ***
Outdoor Flea Market Reserved - Outdoor Flea Market space is available on a reserved basis. Vendors may reserve space with a four-week advanced payment. Discounts are given for reserved space. Spaces start at $80 pre-paid, (regularly $120 unreserved) for one table for a four-week (Fri, Sat, Sun) period and go up based on the number of tables rented. Ask about our additional discounts on pre-paid 13 and 26 week reserved outdoor rentals. ***
Outdoor Flea Market Unreserved - Outdoor Flea Space is rented on a first come basis. Spaces start at just $10 per day for one, 8-foot table. A Tailgate space (16' X 20' space without tables) is available for $20 per day. 6 COVERED PRIME TAILGATE SPACES RENTING FOR JUST $35/DAY. Vendors set up at any space not marked reserved, starting at 6am each day, Friday, Saturday or Sunday and a uniformed Market Security representative will be around to collect your Rent at your set up location.
